This website uses Google Analytics with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. (“Google”) Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, which are text files that are stored on your computer and make it possible to analyze the use of our website. As a rule, the information on your use of this website is transferred to a Google server in the United States, where it is stored. However, within the member states of the European Union or other countries that have ratified the convention on the European Economic Area, Google will abbreviate your IP address before doing so. The full IP address is transmitted to a U.S. server of Google only in exceptional cases and it is abbreviated there in those cases. On the servers, your IP address is anonymized and then transferred to a Google server in the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyze your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to render additional services related to the use of the website and the Internet to the operator of the website. The IP address transmitted by your browser in conjunction with Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can prevent the storage of cookies by making a pertinent adjustment to your browser software. Moreover, you can prevent the recording of the data generated by the cookie that is related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google, by deactivating it using the following link

In addition, you can deactivate the use of Google Analytics at any time via the Consent Manager

E-mail newsletter

You can register to receive a free newsletter. We use a double opt-in process for sending the newsletter. That means we will only send you the newsletter by e-mail when you have provided your express consent stating that we, or an affiliate of the diconium Group, should activate the newsletter service. Once you have registered, we will send a notification e-mail to the address you provided and request that you confirm your newsletter registration by clicking on one of the links contained in the e-mail.

At all times, and with effect for the future, you can object to the use of your personal data for e-mail advertising purposes. Your revocation will not result in any additional costs other than those incurred through standard transmission costs.

The processing of your data occurs in accordance with your consent as per Art. 6, Sec. 1 letter a) GDPR for purposes of mailing the newsletter. As long as there are no conflicting interests on your part, your personal data will be deleted if you do not confirm receipt of the newsletter or if you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Conflicting interests on your part are, in particular, the exercising of a right to object to advertising. Your personalized data is collected for the implementation of your objection to receive advertising in order to adhere to this request in future (Art. 6 Sec. 1 letter c GDPR). A usage for any other purposes is not processed.

On our behalf, HubSpot uses the provided data for mailing the newsletter as well as for conducting statistical analyses. For the analyses, the e-mails sent contain web beacons or tracking pixels that represent one-pixel image files that are stored on our website. This enables us to determine whether or not a newsletter mail has been opened and which links, if any, were accessed. With the help of conversion tracking, it can furthermore be analyzed whether or not a predefined action (e.g., product purchase on our website) occurred after the newsletter link was clicked. Moreover, technical information is recorded (e.g., time of access, IP address, type of browser, and operating system).

Using this information, we create a user profile of your activities on our website so that we can better understand your interests and better customize our information.

More information about data protection at AWS can be found here.

It cannot be completely ruled out that your IP address will be transmitted to the USA by AWS. AWS has implemented enhanced compliance measures for international data transfers. These measures are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). For more information, please click here.

Furthermore, you have the option to object to and prevent the collection of data generated by Matomo related to a use of this website. To do this, you must set an opt-out cookie here: [[opt-out cookie here – please ask Ticket I/O for the right function]]

Marketing includes the following services

Facebook Pixel

This website uses the “Facebook Pixel” of Facebook Inc. This procedure is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help to optimize future advertising measures.

The data collected is anonymous for us, so it does not offer us any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook data usage policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You may allow Facebook and its partners to serve ads on and off Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

Our website uses the conversion tool “LinkedIn Insight Tag” from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. This tool creates a cookie in your web browser, which enables the collection of the following data, among others: IP address, device and browser properties, and page events (e.g. page views). This data is encrypted, anonymized within seven days, and the anonymized data is deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share personal data with ticket.io, but offers anonymized reports on website audience and ad performance. In addition, LinkedIn offers the possibility of retargeting via the Insight Tag. Ticket.io can use this data to display targeted advertising outside of its website without identifying you as a website visitor. You can find more information about data protection at LinkedIn in the LinkedIn privacy notices. LinkedIn members can control the use of their personal data for advertising purposes in their account settings. To deactivate the Insight tag on our website (“opt-out”), click https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out.

Our website uses the functions of Google Ads, with this we advertise for this website in Google search results, as well as on third-party websites. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in the browser of your terminal device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID and on the basis of the pages you visit.

Additional data processing only takes place if you have consented to Google linking your Internet and app browsing history to your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads that you view on the web. In this case, if you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, Google temporarily links your personal data with Google Analytics data to form target groups.

You can permanently disable the setting of cookies for ad targeting by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.

Alternatively, you can obtain information about the setting of cookies and make settings for this from the Digital Advertising Alliance at the Internet address www.aboutads.info. Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager, a cookie-less domain that does not collect any personal data.
Through this tool, “website tags” (i.e. keywords that are embedded in HTML elements) can be implemented and managed through an interface. By using the Google Tag Manager, we can automatically track which button, link or personalized image you have actively clicked on and can then record which contents of our website are of particular interest to you.

The tool also triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If you have opted out at the domain or cookie level, this will remain in effect for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
